We Never Delay Our Delivery

 I am involved in the design business. We make designs for posters, brochures, tarps, cards and many others. This job is competitive because there are many others who can do the job we do. What sets us apart from others is that we deliver our products on time. We have not been delayed even once. And I am very proud of that achievement. We use a local printing shop to print the products that we design; we do not have our own printing equipments yet because we are just starting. In the middle of a big project of our firm, our local printing shop caught a fire. Fortunately there were no deaths and casualties but the fire destroyed all their equipments and they will not be able to continue working. 

The owner has decided not to rebuild the shop anymore. We were devastated because we have a deadline and there is no printing shop around that can print our brochures in such short notice. We were trying to look for someone that will do printing in 48 hours. Unfortunately there were none locally, so we had to look in nearby cities. There was none that can do it in such short amount of time.

There is a small amount that we have to pay for delivery because they were an online business but nevertheless, that small amount is nothing compared to the help that they provided for us. Sometimes they have bonuses and discounts so that helps with our expenses. During holidays they can ten percent off for orders, which is a big amount of money that I can save, and can use for the shipping fee so I am thankful that they are so generous.

          Because of them we are able to stay in business, and I will owe it to them forever that they were able to deliver their services in time. It is important, especially for small business owners like me, to be in time. All our printing needs we send to them and every time they have not let us down, so I am staying loyal to them until I can provide my business with our own printing equipments. I believe that is not only me they have helped, because I have read many of their testimonials and it seems that they have helped a lot of others too. They really come through for those needs that have to be done immediately.
